The Redmi Note 9 Pro is powered by the latest Snapdragon 720G while the Redmi Note 8 Pro runs on the Mediatek Helio G90T. As for the storage and RAM, the Redmi Note 9 Pro only has two options – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. On the flip side, the Redmi Note 8 Pro is kitted out with 6GB RAM with 64 or 128GB of storage or 8GB RAM with 128 or 256GB of internal storage. The memory is expandable via a MicroSD card on both of these smartphones but the Redmi Note 9 Pro gets a dedicated slot while the Redmi Note 8 Pro has to deal with a hybrid sim slot.
On the software front, both phones are running on MIUI 11.

the note 9 pro is the most bad ass looking phone in the price segment.
I have a Redmi Note 8 pro and I don't plan on switching to a Note 9 pro or pro max (the name is stupid and too long). There are no innovations, the screen is 60Hz, even the N8Pro has a better antutu rating than the successor. There is also no problem with heating as it is said, every processor heats whatever it is. The Note 9 pro max may have a more modern processor design, but this is not noticed in practice. I'm happy with my Redmi Note 8 Pro and I don't change it!!!
I waste my time thinking this test will be accurate. Testing 8G RAM VS 6G RAM and expecting to see which CPU AND GPU is better. Only idiots compare phones with different RAM and expect to see which phone have better CPU AND GPU . Well done!!! Retire pls u are not for this job!!! Ty for waste my time
