    I believe that the accounts belongs to many different players who join the Alliance of being called Stephanie. Just like the FWA, Stephanie is the way to support the owner to gain free Trophies in Legend league. As long as Stephanies matches another Stephanie that is in the right clan, whoever got the higher trophies will be given free victor. This means that within the 8 defense, they will be aid by Stephanies of having 0 trophies lost. In return, Stephanie base are built in a way with all storages are on the OUTSIDE of the base for easy loots.

    I checked the leaderboard some days ago and checked it again today, those Stephanie accounts literally disappeared and I thought the Stephanie-filled-leaderboard was something happened in my dream, this video just told me that something i made up in my dream actually a real COC phenomenon.
    You can imagine how surprised i was
    Like…*woah*

    Now there making accounts in different clans and as long as they pay people to do this they cant stop it the only way would be Supercell just suing the people IRL

    Hackers can also steal accounts, Cory. That’s cheaper & easier than buying them, if you know how. (I don’t know how, but we’ve seen it happen to one of our members!)

    The clip he used in the beginning that was so cropped in you basically couldn't see any margins or stuff is stolen from an Indian CoC YouTuber named 'Sumit 007'. Sumit uploaded a video on the same topic a week before he did and he went into the last season leaderboard and showed how they banned all these accounts. How I remember it is that Sumit accidentally opened number 9's profile twice and the second last and the last profile he showed was number 16 and 34. Its not a big deal I know but at least give credits to the original creator if you're gonna go and use their content.
